Naos Harbour Island is part of four small islands (Naos, Culebra, Perico and Flamenco) connected by the two-lane mile long Amador Causeway originating in Panama City, Panama.
Panama City has many attributes that make it an ideal vacation or new home location: average temperature is 75 F year round, the currency used is the US dollar, and frankly the local culture is amazing.
The Amador Causeway which leads from Panama City is known as a weekend and evening location for Panama City's population with its restaurants, beautiful views and ways to escape City life. It is very near the heritage site/city Casco Viejo. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1997, Casco Viejo was established around 1673 by the Spanish colonialists, the Catholic Church, and other settlers.
The original Amador roadway was completed in 1913 with rocks excavated during construction of the Canal. The small archipelago was originally part of an observation point and a military outpost to guard the Panama Canal, thanks to its spectacular and strategic views, which are now available for you to enjoy.
A major infrastructure improvement project of the Causeway is already underway, including an expansion of the causeway with bike lanes, landscaping, and new parks. This has led to many to head for the islands and the Causeway for their evening and weekend entertainment.
Two of the more exciting improvements to the area are the magnificent cruise ship terminal nearly completed as well as the 25,000 person capacity convention center. Imagine bringing your family while you attend events at the convention center or enjoying the area before or after a cruise ship voyage. The possibilities are thought provoking....

About the C5 unit
The C5 unit is our home for part of the year and we offer it out as an AirBnB rental other times. The unit sits on the same level as the pools and you can walk out and look over the area that is the entry/exit point for the Panama Canal. The unit itself is a 128.5 square meter/1383 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit located on the ground floor of the building. There is a king sized bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a hideaway bed in the living room that fits two. Unit fits 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped, the unit also includes a washer and dryer. A 55" HDTV is in the living room with a large selection of local and US channels.. There is high speed wireless included for your use, ~170 Mbps down/10 Mbps up as tested.
The complex has backup generators that automatically come on in the event of a power failure.
Behind the complex and how you get to it is the Amador Causeway, this area has been the subject of quite a bit of investment and upgrades, the area is known as the “playground” of Panama with restaurants, museums, bike paths, a marina and a soon to be completed cruise ship terminal. Also nearing completion is a convention center with a 25,000 person capacity and the heritage city of Casco Viejo is close by.
Exiting onto the deck area you are steps from one of the three pools and two jacuzzis, from the railing you can look out to watch ships entering or leaving the Panama Canal. Look to other pages on this site for more information and the many things to see and do in the area.
One of the main benefits of Naos Harbour Island is that Brian Kelly, the Property Manager lives onsite and is available to help you with anything you may need. There is a security gate with a guard at the entrance, the Amador Causeway is patrolled by police 24x7 and is very safe.
